I come I see I conquer

情人节过了没几天,我们开学了.不过,今年情人节过得格外有特色,那就是和一群单身友人在家里开[color=Pink]Single Fabulous![/color]派对.看过SEX AND THE CITY的一定知道这是CARRIE被迫上杂志的标题,但是这次,SINGLE FABULOUS不是问号,而是感叹号.
在派对上,我们除了通常的烤肉、饮品、玩笑、恶半夜凉初透搞游戏，当然少不了总结一下为什么SINGLE和SINGLE有哪些好（当然啦，这不是劝TAKEN的快分手，而是说SINGLE也可以很FABULOUS）
首先，是为什么SINGLE？总结一下，一共三点：
一就是自卑，觉得找不到可以爱的人，这种类型通常受到严重的伤害。
二是过度自信，觉得世界上除了自己没别人好爱，这种类型通常极度自恋，有看心理科医生的需要。
三是象我这样，想漂着，反正不急着结婚，所以也不急着找咯。在我们一帘卷西风党人中，有这种心理的是大多数。呵呵，完了，深受封建教化的毒害啊。
再来，就是SINGLE的好处啦
一、自己赚钱自己花
二、自由，想去哪去哪
三、不会有一天有人抱着孩子来找你说要你帮小孩换尿布（这条一看就是男生说的，你小孩不你负责谁负责啊）
四、不用因为身边有人吃醋而去解释，浪费口水
五、可以有很多异性朋友（一看说这话的人就知道现在还沉浸在落水三千，但不只取一瓢来了解中）
……
呵呵，这些写着SINGLE FABULOUS的小卡片都被我细心收藏起来，好歹卡片也是我花心思做的，嘿嘿，更何况这些都是大家的思想劳动的结晶。
当然啦，派对当然少不了好吃的咯，除了每个人自带的拿手菜和物业帮忙准备的烤肉和饮料，作为主人，我当然也要露两手啦。我选择的是[color=Pink]Tiramisu[/color]
先介绍介绍它的历史，这样吃起来更有味道。
Tiramisu在意大利文里是[color=Pink]“带我走”[/color]的意思。有这样一个温馨的故事，是意大利CAFE里一个帅帅的BARTENDER告诉我们的：二战时候，一个意大利士兵就要出征了。可是家里几乎什么都没有了。爱他的妻子为了给他准备干粮，把家里所有的饼干、鸡蛋、奶油、酒等等等等全做进了一个糕点里，这个糕点就是Tiramisu。这样，每当这个士兵在战场上吃到Tiramisu的时候，就会想起家和爱他的家人。所以，Tiramisu带走的不只有好吃的味道，还有家人的爱和幸福。
呵呵，大概有的人已经眼泪汪汪了吧，反正那天派对上我给朋友们讲这个故事的时候，大家眼眶都是红红的。从心理学角度，这样的人不是多愁善感，而是因为心里有太多的委屈无处宣泄，一直压抑，所以就用这种涓涓细流的方法排解一下。
好了，经常去外面小资的人应该是对Tiramisu非常的不陌生，但是，这里还是要教大家做Tiramisu：
材料：
400克的 mascarpone，就是专门做提拉米苏用的奶油膏
手指饼干若干
冲一杯黑咖啡，冷却
可可粉一袋，是那种无糖的CHOCOLATE POWDER
60到100克白糖
四个鸡蛋
白兰地（最好用阿尔巴尼亚烧酒）
好了，现在开始制作Tiramisu：
1、鸡蛋只取蛋白，加些许盐，打成泡沫状
2、蛋黄加糖搅拌，搅拌同时加入Mascarpone和蛋白混合物，慢慢搅拌，直到变得颜色均匀，而且闻起来香香的，质地是稠稠的
3、把冷却的黑咖啡和酒混合
4、在容器里，建议用方型玻璃容器，实在没有其他的也可以。先铺一排手指饼干，然后把咖啡和酒的混合物涂在上面，注意要让饼干充分吸收；然后涂上厚厚一层调好的奶油膏，洒一层CHOCOLATE POWDER；然后再铺一层手指饼干，涂咖啡和酒的混合物，涂厚厚的奶油膏，洒CHOCOLATE POWDER，如此反复，把容器装满，或者你觉得可以了为止。
5、盖上容器盖子，在低温环境里（不要冷冻，冰箱冷藏足够了）放个4、5小时就可以吃啦。
P.S:吃的时候记得和别人分享,不然开什么玩笑,那么多奶油吃下去不肥死才怪了.呵呵,我们既要吃的舒服,也要吃的健康,还要吃的漂亮^^:em211:

To see this movie for Kristen Dunst

I've expected this movie for about 6 or 7months, whatever. After watching it, i found it was not only a movie filled with the hottest stars,Kristen Dunst, Olando Bloom,and so on. It is a great movie to teach everyone watches it to be strong and never feel desperate, and the most important is to look straight into what you fear.

At the end of this movie, Drew(Bloom) drives to find his hope and love. And when Claire(Dunst) and he are hugging each other in a park, everything before is worthwhile.

And i love the great moto of this movie,[color=Pink]Those who risk win[/color]

Fine, frankly, i have to commit that i'm not taken now. But, i also wonder where to go and what to do on the 14.th Feb.

Yesterday, Catherine Chueng, my best friend, asked me how to spend the day and am i going to celebrate it with Ken. I thought it for a while. And i answered she that i really didn't know.Since Ken and I are no longer together, I think it's no need to spend that special day with him.And Since I don't have someone special, I think perhaps I will spend the day alone at home this year.

In fact, i have thought about looking for someone special to take care of me and say him loving me so much every day.However, as my faculty said, merriage is the direct aim of love. Since i don't reach the legal merriage age and i don't wanna marry someone in 5 years, i tell myself not to fall in love.

But still the feeling of falling in love is truly sweet.That's why most people around me are looking for their Mr./Miss Right.Although just a few of them have succeded in finding someone, they are still trying so hard.

And once agine, i wish every girl here finding her Prince Charming.

i watch an extremely girl movie, in her shoes, by Cameron Diaz,today.Frankly, it's touching,girly,warm and full of love.The story is about love and adoration between sisters, granny and grandchildren, man and woman.

Actually, it asks a question to everyone who watch it, what is love? perhaps we can only know love unless we lose it. and this answer makes me call back the time when i lived in a 8-person dorm as a freshman. Once we sang, dined out, had fun together, and now i have daparted from them, as the saying 'we are no longer the same'.Although i always deny that it was a good memory of the campus year, i still remember everything we all 8 girls did together.As well, i remembered the novel,never-flowen in never-dream, a touching, funny, sad stroy of growing-up teenagers, recommanded by my good friend mtx.

What's more, after seeing this fabulous movie, u will understand my high standard to shoes and my great, fabulous taste of shoes and fashion.and i missed my Jimmy Choo's which left in the hotel of Korea.

Fine, i think i'm talking, actually writing,too much and i'd better to stop 'cause i don't wanna people know me too much.
